This page explains, in plain terms, exactly what happens to the details you submit when you request a callback.

What happens to your callback details

1You submit your phone number and email on the callback page.

2The data is sent over an encrypted connection (Cloudflare, TLS in transit).

3It is stored in our access-controlled database and delivered to the scheduling desk of the single partner assigned to you.

4That partner calls you back, typically within one business day.

Encryption

All submissions are encrypted in transit via TLS on Cloudflare. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash (we cannot reverse it) for abuse prevention - the raw address is never retained.

Who can see it

Your contact details are shared with one assigned partner's scheduling desk, and no one else. We never resell your information, add it to a marketing list, or share it with other partners in the network. It is not indexed by search engines.

Retention

We keep callback records for as long as needed to service the referral and to support attribution between us and the partner, then remove them on request. Email shimon@works4you.ai to have your data deleted.

Compliance

Data is processed under GDPR-compliant terms. You can exercise access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights at any time via shimon@works4you.ai.
